Special Engineerings

This project involves the development of detailed 3D models for access platforms to support safe and efficient operation and maintenance activities within the facility. The modeling includes structural components such as walkways, ladders, handrails, and supports, ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and integration with existing equipment and layouts. The 3D models are used for design validation, clash detection, and accurate fabrication and installation planning.

This project covers the development and verification of the Master Ex Register and the execution of Ex inspection activities for electrical equipment installed in Zone CryoGen #1 and FZ5/5.1 hazardous areas. The scope includes asset identification and tagging, verification of hazardous area classification, confirmation of equipment certification details, and inspection of Ex-rated equipment in accordance with IEC 60079-17 requirements. Inspections will be performed by a CompEx-certified inspector to assess compliance with installation standards, integrity of protection types (Ex d, Ex e, Ex i, etc.), cable entries, earthing and bonding, marking, and overall condition. The objective is to establish an accurate Ex equipment register, ensure compliance with hazardous area requirements, and identify non-conformities requiring corrective action to maintain safe operation.

Development of basic engineering for FM-200 fire suppression systems, including system design and layout, along with 3D modeling of control rooms to support spatial planning and coordination.

Supply of qualified manpower and engineering services, including supervision, technical support, and execution across project and maintenance activities.

Execution of topographical survey and detailed engineering design for 10.32 km of water flowlines, covering route selection, elevation data analysis, hydraulic considerations, and preparation of design drawings.

Topographical survey to provide detailed terrain and utility data along flowline routes, including as-built pipeline profiling, route mapping, and identification of all crossings to support accurate engineering design.

Development of detailed 3D models for seven gas wells, covering wellhead assemblies, piping interfaces, and clash detection for design optimization.

Execution of a detailed topographical survey of the sludge pond area to obtain accurate elevation data, contours, and site features to support design, drainage analysis, and rehabilitation works.

Comprehensive survey of water wells and connected flowlines, including mapping of coordinates, elevations, and alignment, to provide reliable data for engineering design, inspection, and asset management.
