Operation & Maintenance

The project covers comprehensive flange management activities during shutdown, including documentation control, installation of flange tag numbers, inspection and verification of flange assembly and bolt torquing, final checking and tag collection, leak testing, and preparation of final reports. The scope applies to both new piping and equipment (engineering works) as well as maintenance activities, ensuring flange integrity, traceability, and safe and reliable startup.

Transferring and installing scaffolding in the required areas to provide safe access for equipment inspection.

This project involves the engineering and design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of access platforms at site to provide safe and reliable access for operation, inspection, and maintenance activities, in accordance with approved drawings and site requirements.

The project involves vibration measurement, mechanical condition assessment, and dynamic balancing of the blower, including diagnosis of bearing and alignment issues, rotor balancing, post-startup measurements, and issuance of a technical report with maintenance recommendations.
